YOU CAN HAVE CUSTOM KITCHEN CABINETS WITHOUT THE COST OF CUSTOMIZING!

FABU DESIGNS BY LUCIA OFFERS WAYS TO ACHIEVE THE KITCHEN YOU HAVE ALWAYS DREAMED ABOUT

Don’t tear down those outdated kitchen cabinets just yet!  There are very affordable ways to update your kitchen without major cost, mess, or inconvenience to the homeowner.  Many people automatically feel that in order to update their cabinets, they will need to replace or reface them.  The problem with replacing is that can be very expensive and a major disruption to the homeowner.

Since your cabinets are the focal point of your kitchen, your cabinet finish can make or break the look and feel of your most utilized space. The good news is that most dated cabinets are solid wood and of very good quality and often it is unnecessary to rip them out.  Even you have a combination of wood and laminated cabinets, there is a solution for you.

Another alternative to give your kitchen a facelift is to customize a section of your cabinets in a complimentary color to your existing cabinetry or a color that will pull surrounding space together for symmetry.  The section selected can be the island, a section of cabinets around your sink, oven or refrigerator

The variety of finishes and colors available are endless.  Whether you desire a classic Cherry, Maple, French Country or Aged and Distressed there is a design that will compliment your current decor.

A multi-layered process that includes cleaning and sanding between each layer achieves my extremely durable finishes.  The final top coat, in satin, matte, gloss or a combination, compares to the quality of commercial grade factory finishes once cured.

Refinishing a medium size kitchen (combination of 25 doors or drawers) can be completed in one week!  So before you consider tearing down your current cabinets, Research your options and see if your cabinets are a good candidate for a makeover.  You will be surprised as to how your cabinets can be transformed to look as if they are of a more superior quality.
